Containerised Water Treatment
Complete water treatment environments integrating process equipment, pipework, controls, access, lighting, ventilation and environmental protection before delivery to site.
Real Hydra-Clear equipment
A controlled plant room delivered as one integrated system.
Containerised systems reduce fragmented site installation by bringing mechanical, electrical and control engineering together inside a factory assembled enclosure. The treatment process can include filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, polishing, chemical dosing, storage, pumping and distribution. The final package is tested before dispatch and delivered with defined site interfaces.
Published figures provide a selection basis. Guaranteed performance is confirmed from the approved water analysis, operating conditions and project design.
The container is the plant room, not the treatment process.
The internal process is designed around the source water, required quality, demand and operating risk. The enclosure is then engineered around the treatment and service access.
| Design layer | What is defined | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Process | Treatment stages, flow, quality and recovery | Ensures the water duty is achieved |
| Mechanical | Layout, pipework, isolation and maintenance access | Makes the system practical to operate and service |
| Electrical and controls | Power, PLC, HMI, instruments, alarms and communications | Provides safe automatic operation and visibility |
| Environment | Insulation, heating, ventilation, lighting and drainage | Protects equipment and operators |
| Site interface | Connections, lifting, foundations and commissioning scope | Reduces installation uncertainty |

Where Containerised Water Treatment fits.
Remote water sources
Bring a controlled treatment environment close to borehole, river or remote utility sources.
Rapid capacity
Reduce site assembly by delivering a factory integrated plant room.
Critical utilities
Combine redundant treatment, monitoring and environmental protection in one package.
Temporary and phased duties
Provide planned capacity during refurbishment, expansion or infrastructure changes.
