We explain the treatment route, operating philosophy and evidence behind each project, while protecting customer confidentiality.
Anonymous chemical manufacturing projectRiver water replaced purchased utility water.
An anonymous chemical manufacturer replaced purchased utility water with a resilient, containerised 15 m³/h river water treatment plant.
Evidence language: payback was calculated during the project. The gas saving was an unexpected benefit reported by the customer after commissioning.

Anonymous manufacturing projectLow conductivity water returned to an aluminium coating process.
Hydra-Clear designed a two stage treatment and recovery route around a 7.5 m³/h Hydraconomy RO, rinse bath clarification, a recovery RO and mixed bed polishing.
Project basis: figures describe the design duty supplied by the customer. No unsupported financial saving is claimed.

Nuclear grade project experience includes bespoke pressure filtration, water storage and handling, distribution assemblies and mobile point of use polishing.

A staged recovery loop built around rinse quality and treatability.
The system was designed around an aluminium coating line requiring low conductivity water at the rinse baths. The recovery route separates settleable solids and heavy metals before membrane treatment and final polishing.
Recirculation: concentrate from the recovery RO returns to the settling and coagulation stage for a further pass. Collected solids are removed periodically for appropriate disposal.
