HydraCIP
Engineered reverse osmosis systems with automatic permeate flushing, an integrated clean in place circuit and PLC capacity for the wider treatment plant.
Real Hydra-Clear equipment
An RO platform designed to protect its membranes.
HydraCIP incorporates the cleaning reservoir, recirculation route and automated sequence into the RO skid. The same tank stores permeate for a clean flush at production stop, helping displace concentrated feedwater before standby. Single stream, twin stream and high quality twin pass architectures are selected around capacity, resilience and final water quality.
Published figures provide a selection basis. Guaranteed performance is confirmed from the approved water analysis, operating conditions and project design.
Choose the architecture around capacity and resilience.
The final membrane array, recovery and water quality are project specific. The range below describes the treatment architecture rather than a catalogue-only machine.
| Platform | Architecture | Typical output basis | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| HydraCIP | Single stream RO | 5 to 20 m³/h standard, up to 50 m³/h on request | Continuous or batch process water with integrated membrane care |
| HydraCIP Duo | Two independent RO streams | 10 to 50 m³/h combined standard duties | Duty duty output, duty standby resilience or planned maintenance |
| HydraCIP HQ | Twin pass high quality RO | Project specific output and quality | Low conductivity water and demanding final quality targets |

Where HydraCIP fits.
Continuous production
Integrated cleaning provision supports planned membrane care without a separate mobile CIP skid.
Variable demand
Single, parallel and duty standby arrangements can be sequenced around tank levels and production demand.
Fouling sensitive duties
Flush logic, trends and integrated CIP support controlled intervention when performance changes.
Critical utilities
Independent streams and twin pass configurations support resilience and demanding water quality.
